The following terms and Conditions enable us to deliver quality training programs at a sustainable rate:
1. A minimum deposit of 25% is required with registration.
2. Full payment is required 2 weeks prior to commencement unless extended payment arrangements have been made. Such arrangements will usually incure an administration charge.
3. Refunds, less 10%, will be made if your written cancellation is received 14 days prior to course.
4. The company reserves the right to retain the full fee for cancellations within 7 days of the course.

Please note that we reserve the right to postpone this program due to unforeseen circumstances . In such an instance, participants can choose between a full refund or a transfer to another program.
